Improving the Nordic Walking technique

.…The pole is planted either too far in front or too far behind you
This means that the poles can neither take strain off your body nor assist your forward motion. This also makes it impossible to a) achieve proper spinal rotation and b) to train your upper body properly.

Exercise to improve: Plant your poles underneath your body. Pay attention to an ideal angle of the poles.

….Your arms are bent
Your arms are bent and your hands do not pass your hips. In this case, your training will not be as effective as possible.

Exercise to improve: the “train walking” with a natural arm swing and a natural movement pattern
